Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
Screenings for TB is available at the South and North Locations on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays only. You must return 48 to 72 hours later during business hours for this to be read or interpreted by the medical staff. There is a $10 fee for the initial screening. If you do not return as instructed and the screening needs to be repeated, the charge is $20 for the second screening.
Lead Testing
Lead level testing is required by the State of Illinois between the ages of 6 months to 6 years. The level is needed on daycare, preschool and kindergarten physical forms. The charge for the lead screening is $15. Medicaid recipients receive the lead screening free of charge.
Cholesterol & Diabetic Screening – Available at the north and south clinic locations during normal business hours. Please schedule an appointment if you wish to have this done at the central clinic site. The cost is $5 for the screening.
